Company sent me the pirated CD inspite of origional

I purchased SEARCH AND RECOVRY SOFTWARE WITH GENUINE

LICENCE KEY at the time of purchase he showw me the origional pack of

the product but they sent me the PIRATED CD which is totally fraud with me

i have paid my amount through credit card my PaisaPay ID is 26039882121
