I had purchased UPS from Chirag Computers (Uttarpara), of Digital brand. My UPS is not working for last 10 days, i also registered a comlaint with them, and my docket number is 536. Their executive called me more than 10 times regarding confirmation of my address but they didnt come. Today one of their executive called me (phone number 9088539876) and was very arrogant while talking when i called his office to complain regarding this tyey refuised to note down complain.
