We had gone at the Ezone Mani Square last Sunday to purchase a Desktop. The Salesman at the counter had quoted a price to which we agreed, & while making the final call we found that the price the Ezone quoted is much higher than the MRP Printed on the Box. The Salesman was so puzzled by the fact that he started giving excuses for getting caught. The Floor Manager was called but he never had the guts to show up. The entire process is very fishy & not at all customer friendly. The Floor Manager only came to us to read what we wrote on the Complaint Book. Infact we felt that we have been saved by the Almighty of being cheated. So its always advisable to avoid Ezone ManiSquare for any further purchases & get cheated by the Fraud SalesMen & zero customercare support.
