Hi,

I order one Camera from FutureBazar.com, but after one day they canceled my order... Read the below chain of mails of our communication :

Dear Mr. Pahuja,

Greetings from www.futurebazaar.com.

This is with reference to our series of prior correspondence and telephonic conversations with regards to your order number 5000531866.

We confirm that the above order was placed on 28.04.09 for the product "Nikon Coolpix S550 Digital Camera" by making the payment of Rs.3445/-.

To ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your account, Futurebazaar.com performs security checks. Accordingly, the verification details were requested from you. The credit card details were erroneously asked instead of your bank account details in the verification mailer sent to you. The same has already been confirmed in all our earlier correspondence.

We realized that the offer price of the product was erroneously mentioned as Rs.3, 250/- and hence the order was cancelled on 29/04. The reason of cancellation was communicated to you on the same evening via e-mail. The amount was also refunded on the same day and the screen shot of the refund was forwarded to you in our e-mail dated 30/04/09. We re-confirm that the order was cancelled due to pricing error and not due to

non-receipt of the information from the bank.

FutureBazaar.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information however pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, we will not be able to process the order and hence the same has been cancelled. You may confirm the same by visiting the ' Pricing Information ' section under the ' Terms and Conditions ' link on the site.

Futurebazaar accepts orders for products which are readily available at our end however in a scenario where an overwhelming response is received for a specific product, we meet the requirement by arranging the product from our vendors. The said product was de-listed from our web site as our technical team was working towards rectifying the pricing error. In the meanwhile, it was conveyed by our vendors that the above

product can not be made available again as it is now been an obsolete model. We never intended to sell an obsolete model and hence the product was not listed on the site again.

Regret to inform that Futurebazaar does not have a compensation policy hence we shall not be able to process your request for the same. We also tried calling you on your mobile number 9871609161 to discuss the above however there was no response.

We always believe in providing the best services to all our customers. This e-mail is to render a personal apology and to assure you that we are going to try and improve things so that such experiences can be avoided in future. We hope to be a company that makes every effort to correct and not repeat mistakes that we make.

There is not one single mistake you people have made. Please find the list of few below:

1. You asked for my card details without bothering to check which medium I have choose to make the Payments.

2. You said my ordered was cancelled as the bank has not provided the details.

3. You said ordered was cancelled as There was some Price error.

4. You said As you Dealer said this was an Obsolete model which mean you were intended to selling an obsolete model.

5. You are selling which is expected to arranged, but not arranged.

Do I need to add more to list...???

I need compensation for all the harassment I have received. So that in Future you never commit this kind of mistake again.

I have come across few more people, with same kind of similar problem faced by them in my office also.

This was my first transaction with FutureBazaar.com and I can not believe on that you people are saying. Sorry, but your argument is not acceptable to me.

What are you saying? Please read your mail again from a consumer propective and then tell me, is this fine what are you saying?

First you tried to mislead me that I need to send verification details of my card but When I asked as I made payments via netbanking then Why I need to send my card details then no reply on that and now you have started new story of rare pricing error.

I simply ordered one product, which I need. Thats simple from my side.

Please send my ordered product on the mailing address I have mentioned.
