Dear Sir/ Madam,
16-18 months back I had buy a new HP monitor, which was cost around 12 thousand. After 1-2 month of use a lot of problem starts. Time to time I use to talk to HP customer care for solution. Once or twice, their engineer came to check the problem and commit that the problem will not occurred anymore but it continue til date.
Since last two months, I am in correspondence via phone with HP customer care to replace the monitor with new. They promise to replace but at the time of delivery, they cheat me and delivered USED MONITOR, which is in the worst condition, than my monitor. Now they are saying that they did not commit to deliver new monitor.
I belong to a poor family and at the time of purchasing, I took a loan from my company to buy this monitor. Since last two month, I call to HP. They often use to reply that they will get back in 2 days. But till date did not get any solution. That why I decide to put a case in consumer court to take the right action against these cheater and to short out the matter as earliest.
