Compaq 610
Gift not received after sending DD

Dear Sir,

I had bought a Compaq 610 about three months ago and i have claimed a Samsung 22" LCD tv and sent all documents along with DD of rs.9000 but after 3 months i have not yet received my gift while maximum time claimed by the company was 2 months and whenever i make call to their customer care they told me that it will take about 20 days more. I wonder how a company like HP can make fool to the public by promoting such a fake promotion. Please make some arrangement for my gift so i can receive it as soon as possible.
