I bought two laptop from HP which is just 4 months old & under warranty are DV5 Pavallion & Compaq Presario CQ 161 which I bought in Feb just 1 month back. I am trying registering my complaint on HP's customer care & their website but no response.
DV5 screen is fumbling & CQ 161 has got shortcircuit in my adapter/charger. I am unable to use my laptop, who will pay for my work loses, will HP?
Is someone is there to listen or not or you only want to sell your products & no service reply after that.
Both of my laptops are under warranty, pls resolve it otherwise I have right to approach consumer court.
