I had bought a 320 GB Hard drive on 21/07 . Now after just a few months I am not able to boot up my system. After showing the system to a support engineer, it came to know that hard drive was bad.so i log a complain on 02/11/09 complain no. (picsgt09029805) after that my hdd replaced but new one hdd (replased hdd) also not working it's having same problem (not able to boot up my system).
after that i complain second time on 02/01/10 and complain no.(PICSGT-10000054)
But my hdd not replased.
I contact costmer care he said that hdd is not in warranty and contact Mr. Ravi from chennai mob. no. 09600094052.
i contact Mr. Ravi but he is not resolve my problem.
Seagate Hard drive comes with 5 yrs of warranty still my hard disk is not replaced.

Till now there is no response for my complain.
This is the worst support from the Seagate side.
