I had purchase Compaq Presario
CQ 40 – 144TU in the month of Jan 09.
I am facing to get my gift that was offered on the product at the
time of purchase. After send a courier with a DD, & other required
claim documents in the last week of Feb'09, I still haven't get the
gift (Home theater) that was offered on the product. I was made
assured that the gift will reach to me within 6 weeks of submission of
Claim documents with the DD.
As per the offer we was expected to receive Philips' Home theater
including 5.1 Speaker System 5.1 Output Remote (Rs. 10500/-) as a
gift on the purchase of Compaq Presario Laptop (For Model No. Refer to
the trail mail)
on 21st Oct'09, we received
a packet thru courier containing Philips' 5.1 Speaker System (Price
Rs. 6990/-) and NOT RECEIVED 5.1 output Remote. We also received a
Declaration Letter in the packet wherein it was mentioned that we
would receive a Philips' Home Theater (5.1 Speaker System 5.1 Output
Remote).
