Non receipt of free UPS & Printe

Dear Sir, 31.05.10

I have purchased a desktop computer in the month of January from Dynamic Computor, Kazi Complex, Newmarket, Memari, Burdwan, West Bengal (availed the special offer of free gift of UPS and Printer) and gifted to my brother Mr. Sumit Roy. After repeated request to the retailer he has provided a UPS and said that the company is not supplying the same the special gifts as proposed. So that I have lodged this complain and asking for a favourable reply in this regard.
