Computer stolen but no action taken

Sir/Mam

i m Khurram Shan Siddiqui, reside at 1858, Kotla mubarakpur, NewDelhi 110003 on rent, My Pc got stolen on 04/06, i called 100PCR n report to he local Police too n told them abt sespect Shahrukh, but there is no action takn by I.O Mr. Nirbhay singh, then one month later i complaint to DCP Office so thts why my F.I.R got registered after more than a month, F.I.R No.168 Dated 18-07 but still there is no action in this case, i seems Mr. Nirbhay singh, ignoring this case for some reasons, so i just want to check this by some others Officer so it can be solve,
