PF amount not received

Hi,

I Worked with CSC (Computer science Corporation) Pvt ltd. for around 2 Years. Emp ID- 1801315. I left the company on April. I filled the PF withdrawal request on July. I deposited the PF claim documents in July with all necessary required things like voice cheque etc. I was told that it will take 90 Days to get my claim. but since then it has been more than 10 months as i am waiting for PF amount. I have kept on calling on the PF, chennai no. but Either nobody picks up the call or if someone picks up the call then never give proper information. I have been so much disappointed with the PF department. Finally when i confirmed with CSC Answer help desk team then i was told that my amount has already been settled in November. but they (CSC) said they don't have details as per PF department they will share the PF account details with employee only.

again when i called up to PF office to inquire further they said that PF claim has been settled but there is some different account no. now they have given me cash department no. of PF office. but nobody picks up the call on that number.

Kindly do the needful. I will be highly grateful.
