Reference to the pre – ordering ID “PM2C88AE92A7” for the UBISLATE 7, I have despatched my cheque favoring “Datawind Innovations Pvt Ltd, ” for the amount of Rs 2999/- with the covering note on 28.03.2012. They have recived my letter as confirmed by the couries service and then the amount also deducted from my account on 05.04.2012 itself, but still I have not received the product. Also no proper information / response from their side. After several mails sent to them, on 07.05. they responded to send the cheque number. I am unable to send the details because the mail service of [email protected] not responding. Kindly do the needful to get the product.
