Sir/madam my notebook is in warrenty. on 3/9 my grphic card creates problem and my notebook was not working well then go to acer service centre that is on 613, roots tower district centre, delhi but i did'nt get expected response and then i download graphic software. now again my notebooks flap (lid) get loose and again i went there but this time it was extremly bad response i get, service executive said that it is damaged and will be replace and charged 5000 rs. without open it, when i asked to at least open it and then we'll see what is the problem then they said that it'll be charged of rs. 400. I am really upset with their behaviour with me
