Pocketsurfer2-A Failed product-Cheating case by company

Hi,

I have purchaed pocketsurfer from "DATAWIND" worth Rs.12230 almost 2 years back & since purchase that product is not working. Company is not bothered to replace the product or even refund my money instead they have cheated me with the false promises, more expenses by making several STD calls to them, sending the product many times to their Amritsar branch from Mumbai. Now I am really frustated with my loss of money & harassment by the company.

I am taking this initiative to prevent other people from getting cheated of such companies.
