My Laptop was handed over to Maha Electronics Pvt Ltd Case ID : 4632799679 & Case No: NB0730-33 on 30th July and need to follow up for 2 days to understand the issue and still awaiting quote for the same.
The service policy is not making the customer happy, SWAP model for board related issue when charge are high pls provide new mother board then providing refurbhised one with 3 months warranty is not acceptable. Pls consider this suggestion and help HP customers, its very making us unhappy on the service policy
