I am not satisfied at the very first level of interaction with the DELL. I wanted to purchase a LAPTOP and I filled the online form and submitted it. I was told that a representative will contact you within 24 hrs. More than 1 day has passed and nobody has contacted me as yet. Moreover, they just dropped a mail, to enquire about my telephone number, which I had already provided in my registration form with DELL.
I am not satifified with their promptness to respond to the customer purchase request hence I am changing my mind to buy a LAPTOP from DELL.
