LOW BATTERY, TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

Subject: Request for replacing of dell inspiron which was purchased on 26 – 06- 2010

On the 26th of June I had purchased Dell Inspion from a Computer warehouse MG road, Banglore. The level of battery is very poor, when we approched the dell Company in Domloor they changed the battery and handovered the laptop saying it is fixed. I regret to inform you that after changing the battery & after 12 hours of continous charging like mentioned in the manual its battery condition is very poor, as it only gives me an hour even after hours of charging. I request you to replace the laptop given to me at the earliest.

I belived that your company provides quality service to the customersC and gives each customer its care and attention. I request you to take an immidiate action.

I have attached the bill that was provided to me after the purchase of Dell Inspiron from the respective dealer mentioned above.
