I have purchased dell laptop MODEL VOSTRO 1014 in november 12-13 days back suddenly screen of laptop start comming totally blunt, i complained to dell custumer care after 7-8 days of complain thre engineer visited mah home & said LCD not comes under warranty & strt making useless exuces i am very much disappointed with tht unresponsible behavior of such a bic company
