I got my 15R Inspiron on 8th Sep 2010.. i was suppose to get 1year McAfee subscription .. but i got only a months subscription.. m into IT .. my office timings are different... tried talking to the Dell people on the toll free number many a times... whenever i cal up, get a response as executives are busy.. If any1 picks up d cal dey jst tel u dt dey r tranfering d cal to sum other person.. hell... dey never entertain any questions or any issues... dey jst keep transfering d cal and than the u get to listen to the same message saying that the executives are busy .. even if u like stay on d line for 1 hr dey vil never entertain you... i told my dealer abt dis he said to call customer care...
