We purchased Dell Laptop, Model Inspiron in the month of June, 2010.
For the past 2 weeks, it is not getting started since there is some problem. With respect to same, I am calling Dell Call Centre for past 2 weeks. Every time they take service tag no & then transfer the call to Technical Support, on which nobody picks up the phone for half an hour, and finally the call gets disconnected, telling that there service executives are busy. This is happening everyday every time throughout the day.
Hence I am helpless, since they are not responding, and my machine is not working for 2 weeks.
