I think Dell Customer Center and Service is one of the worst in the country. When I tried to purchase a battery for Inspiron 1525 laptop I had one of the worst experience in Online purchasing. The payment was done on 4th of January and they promised me that it will be delivered in 7/10 days, but now it's 17th of January, till date no news. When I tried to contact the sales person with whom I have done the transaction, he is unavailable permanently.
