I brought two laptops dell studio and inspiron. Studio with slot in dvd writer which never worked properly from d day i brought, i complained and they sent an engineer after 2 days. He askd 4 cd came with d laptop. I shock when i cm back there, he was desembeling my pc as a labor changing wheels of ferari. He scratchd all around the body and fixed keypad frame by breaking its knots and caps indicator, i suggest him to work softly but he then he clerify that ''i didnt found ur place and so now v r at loss to get service charge from company due to not servicing with in 24hr. They replaced my writer but same problem after 3 days. Nw am using usb writer coz its beter then to boot pc to get d disc out. Worst service and worst hardware they r using. M just fed up now.
