I gave my laptop to dell service center for keyboard replacement and to rectify some software problem. After collecting my laptop, I found that DVD ROM was not working. Once again I went to the service center and briefed the engineer about this new issue following which he refused to entertained in the first instance & asked me to pay for the same once again. After requesting a number of times he agreed to check the problem & found that this problem began due to lose fitting and alignment of the DVD ROM. Now I am facing the same of problem after just one day after collecting my laptop. I don’t get an answer so as to the number of times I need to visit the Dell Service center for this small issue.
