MISSINGMICROSFT OFFICE2010 KEY

I got my lap top I have ordered with Dell, without the Microsoft Office Home & Business Key and CD which I have ordered & paid. The service engineer & my self have lodged a complaint with the customer care on 4th Feb @ 3-35 p.m and spoke to Ms. Anjum vide case ID No - 7981850, but so far nothing is happening? So far I must have called their help line 10 to 12 times and E mailed more than that. I get a stock reply that we are checking with the factory. Is your factory located in another planet? why does it take so long to check with your factory? if a customer in good faith has placed an order with you and waited for a week to get his laptop and finds that the KEY to Microsoft Office & Business is Missing and the CD is not sent, is it not human on your part for you guys to jump in to action and redress the grievance of YOUR CUSTOMER? Is DELL a private enterprise or is it a beauracratic ridden Indian Public Sector Undertaking? I had better opinion about Dell. Now I would like to ask as to Why my Microsoft Home and Business (Which I have customized during my purchase) key was not sent and why the CD was not sent? When am I going to get them? It is more than twenty days that I have complained and nothing seems to be happening at Dell. I have request them to take back thesystem and refund me my money, but so far no word from Dell. If this is the kind of after sales support I am going to get from Dell, I do not think people will be interested in continuing the relation ship with Dell - Dr. Reddy @ Clinic Mobile - 9959997755
