Complaint of poor consumer services provided by company

My laptop has encountered some problem about a month ago.the company has showed meager interest in solving my problem, even though my laptop is in warranty period. The company's engineer has checked my laptop about 3-4 times and has changed some of its parts but the problem is still there.

poor service has been provided by the company's customer care cell.
