Technical issue

I purchase Dell laptop N4050 from Venus Electronics, S.P. Verma Road, Patna on 08 Sep.

Suddenly one day Laptop's Touch pad start working slowly then after a day Speaker muted fully.

I inform to Technical support of dell, he attend me & guide me on my system but result same, means problem not solved.

On 16 Apr he configured my system online to solve PC problem, but not solved.

I call to support centre many times but no response.
