Hi,

The LCD screen on my DELL studio 15 broke and i purchased a new one over the phone, Rs 10, 500 for the screen and Rs1364 for an on site technician. This happened on the 26th of January. The person from DELL who took my order promised me the part in 5 working days and also added worst case would be 7-10 working days. After a month i received a LCD screen and 5 days later a technician came home only to tell me the part sent was not the right one (inspiron 15).

I have called up the Dell customer care more than 30 times over the last 2 months and they have not responded to my plea of a cash back too. Technical they have stolen my money!

After around a month and a half one Mr Dinesh called me and told me he would solve my problem, and its been 2 weeks since i have heard from him now.

Over all i advice anyone buying a DELL Laptop to please rethink the decision.
