Damaged machine & poor after sales services

I had purchased one Dell Inspiron 14R N4010 Model Laptop (Batch H6BN6BS) on

31-08 from your dealer Mosad Infoways (P) Ltd., Kochi-25 under their Invoice No. B748 dated 31-08.

The laptop developed troubles and failed to function totally within 15 days thereafter.

The laptop was taken to the Dealer for replacement under warranty on 22-09 and was acknowledged under their Material Acceptance Receipt no. 1990. They had promised to replace the Laptop with a new one within a period of 25 days.

I have been patiently waiting. Now even after 40 days, they have not cared to replace the laptop. They keep on lying about the availability of the replaceable machine.

Please advice.
