NON delivery in time

I Booked a DELL Laptop Online on 28 Feb. Estimated Delivery date is 12 days from booking. Today is 16th of March, till now their website says work in progress??

Also their customer care is not bothered about this. Extremely slack people. Bitter experience buying from DELL.

Never recommend to your friends this company
