Sir this is with regard to order of battery for my Laptop from Dell. While interacting for the first time the sales person from the Dell, he was very cordial and helpful. He assured me to deliver the product within one week time. He has not provided any invoice for my payment made through card even after 7 days. he is claiming that he will get the invoice after delivery of the goods which seems to be very illogical. Today I am in dilemma about my online order. I have only provided with a transaction ID which is 798267. I have no idea about any regulation in India about such type of activities by companies, where they trap the customers with fallacious promises and later forget all those. When contacted for the subsequent time I was not assisted properly. Being on phone line my call was transferred from one person to other without intimating me and finally no solution was provided. I am doing so many transactions online but this was the first instance when i met with such types of Mal-practices. It totally changed my perception about DELL. I will never suggest any body to go for Dell. Their pricing policy is very suspicious. They do not demonstrate the fixed price of their product and reason for changes in their value. I think their should be proper check from the side of Govt. of India to regulate such companies.
