I am using DELL laptop whose battery charger needed replacement. When I contacted DELL India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, I was informed by Mr. Kishore Subramany, India Consumer Support Specialist that the price of the battery charge was Rs. 1550 and had to be paid in advance. I placed an order along with advance on July 28th. I was promised delivery within 3-4 weeks. In the past three weeks my efforts to get in touch with the company was in vain. I have not received any response to our repeated queries, emails regarding the status of my order.

Even after 7 weeks I am still waiting for the delivery of the battery charger.
