Self had purchased Laptop from DELL with Service tag 4WKZ6BS. Laptop had laminations on the LCD display and the hinge locations. Suprisingly when laminations were removed after 4months of delivery it was observed that one of the hinges for the LCD screen is broken. The same was intimated to DELL customer care many times and they say that the laptop do not have hardware warranty and requesting me to pay extra money for their quality issue. Also laptop had issue of badsectors and laptop was getting heated very frequently. This issue was resolved by local service center during May.
I am totally surprised and doubt about DELL that do they really have quality systems now...
