Sir, I have been using Dell Inspiron 1525 since Jan. I am really unhappy with the product because the silver flanks started fading in less than a year's time. Right now it looks ugly... I would like to inform you abt the increasing dissatisfaction among dell customers about such things. I request you to take necessary action asap. Either you take necessary action or get ready to lose all your customers to smart laptop companies with much better customer care.
