Dell inspiron 1545
Very poor service and bad product

I bought a Dell Inspiron 1545 Laptop in October. Its battery busted up in 9 months itself. I ordered a new battery on 31st December and said that it was urgent. Today is 31st Jan and I have still not received my battery. I have called up Dell Sales representative more than 20 times this month. I would suggest never buy Dell eve
