Repetitive System Crash and Windows Startup Failure

Sir,

i would like to kindly bring to your notice that i purchased a Dell Inspiron 15R core i5 on october. It was working fine untill a few months back when my system suddenly crashed. I turned it back on and after a system restore procedure it started working again. but shortly after it crashed again and repetitive attempts at turning it on could not get it started again. i left it that way and later started it again. Windows did load but the desktop seemed to have been corrupt somehow. Anyways i restarted it again and this time it all worked out properly. But after this event my laptop kept crashing on several occassions, sometimes it simply failed to start. A few of my softwares became corrupted and i had to uninstall them. I reinstalled them later on but they didn't work even then. Recently my antivirus (McAfee Security Center) stopped working. It failed to scan any component of the system.

I am at a loss here. I had purchased Dell hoping it to be one of the very best in laptop manufacturing companies but such problems has shriveled such hopes. My laptop is still under warranty and i would like to have these problems sorted out.
