Dell Inspiron 15 R
Electric shocks, no wifi searching option

I recently bought a new dell laptop inspiron 15r for personal use,

now the problem i am facing is that when i put the laptop on charging mode, it strts giving electric shocks whem i use it simultaneously

and i have been facing problem of using my laptop in wifi zone

i can never access internet due to some technical issue

please help me sort out the problem
