the initial problem which my machine was facing of the fluctuation in screen the LCD got replaces but the problem was not solved and they have said that the engineer will visit your place with the motherboard if it needed to be replaces they will replace it and it have been more than 15 days nothing have been done to my system.. This is not done either way that in just the second month I am getting my system major things replaced ie the LCD then MOTHERBOARD. The problem i am facing because of it is occurring me a huge loss.. It would be better if someone of u contact with a proper service which was promised to me before i have bought that machine otherwise i would have to take some action from my side...

The last contact was with engineer Anil (9988901717) then someone from 9900901788 called up and ensured the visit but no one came...
