I had booked a dell inspiron 15 from retail store of dell by paying through cash on 27th Feb. I got an internet reference no. (IN0000 4536 96958) on my mail id. which said I'd be given an order no. within next 24 business hours, with the help of which i'll be able to track my order. Even after 4 working days I haven't got any reply from their side. they have no clue as to where my money lies with and and they do not respond to any of my query regarding money. i have been trying to call them all through the day (during my working hours just to match with their timings) And those guys invariably put mye hold for more than 30 mins with no answer until i eventually hang up with no clue as to where my money is.
I called up the retail store even they are as clueless as i am as to where my laptop is or whom does my laptop money lie with. I have the bill of the payment. I now feel like getting cancelling the order and getting my money back but i am wary as they will cancel my order and i'd have to follow up even more to get my money back and end up getting harassed at their hands even though i'd be left with neither money nor laptop.
