I am a Ubuntu user. I was having problem with my speakers, and I know that they are burnt. i have called dell 3-4 times. Every time I call dell they say repeat and repeat saying update BIOS, unknowingly that it cant be updated through Linux. They are just dumb.
I am fed up of this dell service in spite of giving 8000 RS for accidental damage.
Please help me regarding the issue. I have written an application to consumer court, and they have given me 5 days time from now.
