i purchased dell inspiron laptop on 22/4 ..it had lcd problem and dvd writer problem so they replaced both on 25/1.. since i had a year warranty initially. now the second lcd they have installed has got the same problem and dell is not taking responsibilty for the second lcd what they have installed it worked for 6-7 months and i complained but they want me to buy new lcd again... for Rs.12000..so plz help me out with this, my mail is [email protected] and ph no:9972949666.
