E11 USB Modem (IMEI-357438018967944) -CRM No.-455

Dear Sir,

Undersigned has purchased a Beetel E11 USB Modem (IMEI-357438018967944) on 01.10.10 from M/s. Amnil Associates, Agra (Invoice No.-513), from the day one it has problem of not detecting Sim.

I had inserted several Sim Cards but error “ Wireless Modem not detected” arrives.

Then on 06.10.10 I submitted this data card to Your Lucknow Authorized Dealer M/s. Shambhavi Telecom (Receipt No.-463, CRM No.- 455) but it has been more then one week & I have not received it.

When contacted Dealer, his replies are like this – “There are Commonwealth games in Delhi that’s why it will take another 15 Days to get back).

I am not getting satisfactory answers from anywhere.

Please Help Immediately.
