Delay in delivery and service

This is with reference to my new laptop Dell Inspiron Mini 1012.

I had made the online purchase confirmation on 26th May and was informed I would receive the laptop in a 7-10 days. But to my dismay I received the laptop on 13th June. To add to the disgust, the piece was found to be defective and when I put up a complaint with Dell Support, they responded stating it will further take one more week from today.

My work has been stuck for a long time now due to the issue.
