Lapton not switching on and faulty motherboard

Hi,

I purchased a new DELL laptpop Inspiron N5010 on NOV 10th. This laptop dint even last for few hours. When i try to switch on the laptop its not turning on. Remind you this is just the second try i was trying to switch it on and for the first time it was just on was 20-30 minutes. This is because when you close the laptop it goes to hibernate mode and this keeps the battery running. After this i goggled and found out that dell laptops has this problem from long time especially INSPIRON N5010

This happpend on DEC 10th. The complaint was raised (ref. no 5820909) at DELL customer service, they took 3 days to attend the problem. Now they say that the battery and motherboard needs to be replaced and it takes one week. Do you beleive its not even a month of purchase and those things turns faulty. Customer care always take 3 days to 1 week to provide onsite service and more time they take the warranty periods gets over soon. Dell gives you just mere 3 months of warranty period.

The laptop costed me around 41, 500. Such a waste of money by chosing the worst product. First of all DELL laptops are very costly and on top of that they want to make lots of money by proving such a faulty laptops and billing us for the service. If this had happened after 3 months then i would ve to shell out around 10-15k more.

GUYS PLEASE DONT GO FOR DELL Inspiron N5010, BETTER AVOID DELL BRANDED LAPTOP ITSELF. YOU WOULD DEFENETILY REPENT AS I AM NOW.
