LAUNCHING THE PRODUCT WITHOUT PROVIDING FULL DRIVER AND SOFTWARE PACKAGES

I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW LAPTOP FROM DELL SHOWROOM - MODEL INSPIRON WITH i3 processor. newly lanuched with WIN 7.

MY drivers softwares are not running on this new verson software. and company is saying that with

this i3 processor 64 bit you cann't run yours old version softwares having 32 bit config.

its just 6 days back i have purchased this New laptop, after investing such a huge amount they havn't assist

me neither they have look into my compliants
