I purchased a Dell N5010 Inspiron 15R laptop in June at Himayatnagar, Hyderabad. It had some problem with the hard disk as told by one of their customer care executives and dell service replaced my hard disk in July. Now again my laptop is not working and the problem persists with more defects in my laptop like screen defect, etc. I have been trying to call up Dell for the last 3 weeks but there was no response.
