Faulty Product

I (Jitendra Singh) purchased a Dell notebook on 24th aug’11. And its got damege with in a month.

I have raised a complaint and received a call from chennai (Mr. Bharath Naga) He told me that this is your fault. According to him a person purchased the famous brand asset and broken it manualy.

I have spent 19k hardearned money and complany is deniying to replace my unit. As per the Dell this is physically damage and they can’t replace it.
