Techinal complaint of Motherboard

We purchased one dell system with Spectrometer coming from Switzerland, now the system is in Sri Ranganathar valves p ltd, Thennampalayam, coimbatore.problem is computer side no display.so we changed the mouse and monitor but same problem arising.computer supplied along with Thermo Scientific ARL spectrometer.because of this problem commisioning of the spectrometer is delayed.so we need your urgent attention.
