DELL Studio laptop
Delay in Repair the laptop

I purchase a dell studio laptop from shop namely ''IT SOLUTION'' Swasti Bazar, Agartala, Tripura (W) on dt 03-07, With 1yr warranty. Three (3) month ago the laptop's display is not working. Then i submit the Laptop there for repair (Before Warranty date expir). But now two (2) months already gone, I yet not recive my laptop in my hand.
