I bought a studio XPS 1645 in February. On receiving the system, i was not at all satisfied with its performance ans so requested for a replacement/ refund. The technicians said that lets try to resolve the problem and if not solved then we can go ahead with replacement/refund even after 30 days of purchase. Its nearly two years now and still the system is a piece of crap. They refuse for replacement/refund. This is what I get for my 85, 000 bucks. DELL sucks. Never go for dell. Bloody hypocrites
